The crew behind
Dubai's event floors.
One team, one workshop, one standard — from a 3x3m shell-scheme booth at DWTC to a full ballroom in Madinat Jumeirah.
Built in Deira, for events that can't wait
Event Carpet began the way most good installation crews do — with a workshop, a warehouse and a reputation for showing up on time. From our base at Empire Plaza on Naif Road, we've spent years flooring exhibitions, weddings, galas and activations across Dubai, building the stock, the crews and the venue relationships that let us move in 24–48 hours when an event needs it.
We're deliberately not a rental middleman. The team that measures your venue is the team that cuts, fits and strikes your floor — which is why our seams sit flat, our installs finish before doors open, and our quotes come back the same day.
A Casavera company
Event Carpet is part of Casavera — the Dubai atelier that has composed bespoke curtains, blinds, flooring, wallpaper and upholstery for the UAE's most considered homes since 1987. Nearly four decades, 10,000+ clients and a 4.6★ Google rating later, the house runs on the same rule it started with: measure twice, trust once.
For our event clients that means one thing — when the show closes and the floor comes up, the same house can dress what's underneath: your office, your hotel, your home. Explore the Casavera disciplines →
