How Much Does Event Carpet Cost in Dubai? 2026 Price Guide

Event carpet pricing in Dubai isn't one number — it's a per-square-metre rate that moves with material, size, timing and how much labour your layout demands. Here's how quotes are actually built, so you can budget your event with confidence.

What drives the price

• Material — needle-punch exhibition carpet is the budget workhorse; velour and deep-pile red carpet sit higher.
• Area — per-sqm rates typically improve as floor area grows.
• Access & timing — overnight installs at DWTC or Expo City are routine for us, but tight windows can affect crew scheduling.
• Custom work — brand colour matching and logo-printed carpet carry production costs stock colours don't.
• Add-ons — stanchions, rope, underlay, skirting finish and walk-off mats are priced separately.
• Removal — strike-out and disposal are usually quoted as part of the job, so ask whether it's included.

Typical guide ranges (2026)

As a planning figure, needle-punch exhibition carpet supplied and installed typically starts in the low tens of dirhams per square metre; velour and premium red carpet run higher; a full VIP entrance package with stanchions and rope is usually quoted as a flat rate for the setup rather than by area. Our pricing guide breaks down current indicative ranges by product.

The fastest way to a real number: WhatsApp your floor plan or booth dimensions, the venue and your dates. Most quotes go out the same day — measurement is free across Dubai.

How to keep the number down

• Book stock colours instead of custom prints when branding allows.
• Combine services into one booking — booth carpet plus a runner at the same show costs less than two mobilisations.
• Send exact dimensions from your floor plan; it speeds up quoting and avoids over-ordering.
• Book early for peak weeks (GITEX, Arab Health, major Expo City shows) so you're choosing from full stock, not what's left.

What you should always get included

Whatever you're quoted, make sure it covers delivery, installation by the supplier's own crew, and strike-out afterwards. A cheap per-sqm rate that excludes labour and removal isn't the bargain it looks like — ask what the full job costs, door to door.
