How Far in Advance Should You Book Event Carpet in Dubai?

The honest answer is: it depends what you're ordering and when your event falls. But a few clear patterns hold true across most events we floor in Dubai.

Stock colours: 24–48 hours is usually enough

For standard exhibition carpet colours, wedding aisle runners in common shades, and red carpet in classic red or black, we hold enough stock in Dubai to turn most bookings around within a day or two — including measurement, cutting and install.

Custom-printed or brand-matched carpet: 1–2 weeks

Anything printed with a logo, or dyed to an exact brand colour rather than the nearest stock shade, needs production time on top of install scheduling. Book this as soon as your stand design or event branding is confirmed, not the week of the show.

Peak trade show weeks: book earlier than you think

GITEX, Arab Health, and the busiest weeks at Expo City Dubai and DWTC put pressure on installation crews and stock across every supplier in the city, not just us. If your event lands during one of these weeks, 2–3 weeks' notice gives you first choice of colours and a guaranteed install slot rather than whatever's left.

The organisers who never scramble for flooring are usually the ones who sent us a rough floor plan the same week they signed their venue contract — not the week of build-up.

What we need from you to move fast

• Venue and hall, or address for a private event.
• Approximate size — a rough floor plan or booth number is enough to start.
• Dates, including build-up and breakdown windows.
• Colour preference, or a brand reference if it needs matching.
